VBWS is proud to partner with a prestigious global law firm headquartered in California that is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to join their team. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects supporting international legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to support internal and client-facing systems.

• Collaborate with attorneys, business analysts, and IT professionals to translate requirements into functional software solutions.

• Optimize and troubleshoot existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve processes.

• Ensure software meets industry standards for security, compliance, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably within professional services or law firm environments.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with global teams.
